"Warranty support just kept looping me"
I had the item fail while it was still under warranty, so I figured it would be straightforward. Nope. Support kept asking me the same questions again and again, even after I had already sent the photos, order number, purchase date, and all the little details they asked for. I even made sure the pictures showed the issue clearly and included the label in the frame, but it didn’t seem to matter. Then I’d go days with no real update. It felt like they were dragging it out to avoid replacing it. Really frustrating.

"Changing the subscription is a hassle"
I just wanted to adjust my subscription, but it ended up taking way more steps than it should. It kind of feels like they didn’t exactly design it to be easy, which is annoying.

I don’t get why something as simple as using loyalty points has to be such a hassle. I had points sitting in my account, but they never actually applied when I tried to use them. I reached out to support thinking it would be an easy fix, but all I got were excuses and no real solution. If the rewards don’t work, what’s the point?

"The website was honestly frustrating"
I don’t know, the whole site was just kind of a pain to deal with. The menus kept glitching on me, and then checkout took forever, which made it even more annoying. I was just trying to place an order, but everything felt way harder than it needed to be.

I asked for a refund and thought maybe I was missing something at first, but it just kept dragging on. Support kept replying with vague answers, so I never really knew what was happening. Maybe I had bad luck, but after dealing with all that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Shopper Plus again.

Well... I tried using a promo code from ShopperPlus, but it kept saying it wasn’t valid when I got to checkout. On top of that, the sale price seemed to change after I added items to my cart. It was frustrating and didn’t feel worth the time

"Returning stuff was a pain"
I tried to return something and it was way more of a hassle then it needed to be. Had to keep going back and forth with support, and the directions they gave me wasn’t very clear. It kinda felt like they make it hard on purpose so you just give up. Took too long and I still didn’t really feel like anyone cared. I probably won’t order again if returns are gonna be this much trouble...

"local pickup was a mess"
I went in for local pickup and ended up waiting way longer than expected. the staff seemed kind of confused about where my order was, and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. i don’t think I’d do pickup here again.

The box showed up crushed and barely taped, with no padding inside at all. Everything was sliding around in there, and one corner of the item ended up damaged. What confused me even more was the email made it sound like everything was properly packed and handled, but that definitely wasn’t what I received. felt like it was just tossed in a box and sent out.

"Pretty much what I expected, unfortunately"
I had a feeling this wasn’t going to be great quality, and sadly I was right. It felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke after just two days of use. Maybe I should’ve trusted my gut, because this definitely wasn’t worth the money.

"Shipping was ridiculously slow"
Prices were decent, but man, the shipping was slow as heck. I waited way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. Not the worst order I’ve ever had, but these slowpokes definitely made it annoying when I actually needed the stuff sooner

"Updates were basically nonexistent"
I placed my order and then it was like everything just went quiet. The status page barely changed, and when I did get emails, they were either super late or didn’t really tell me anything useful. I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying fast. Maybe the prices are decent, and I get that not every shop has Amazon-level tracking or whatever, but still, a little communication would’ve helped. I was literally checking my email while making coffee in the morning like, “Okay, any news today?” Nope. Overall, not a great experience for me.
